This project is a high residential project which is located in the center of Prishtina the capital city of Kosovo. We kept our energetic spiritual on the go, we utilized global brands and innovated materials, like ventilated facades, high-speed elevators, and eco-solutions. In this building project, you can find restaurants, boutique shops, medical centers, and also very quick access to urban traffic.
The construction of the building contains three types of apartments, with 40 units in total, two penthouses, and three commercial areas which in total re 4600 square meters of construction with an additional 48 parking spaces.
Building time for this project was from 2010-2011.
