This project is a high residential project which is located in the center of Prishtina the capital city of Kosovo. We kept our energetic spiritual on the go, we utilized global brands and innovated materials, like ventilated facades, high-speed elevators, and eco-solutions.
The construction of this building contains three types of apartments with a total space of 5200 square meters with a total of 38 apartments, four commercial areas, and 46 parking spaces. The project was started in 2012 and was finished within a year.
