This neighborhood was built to research a new model, architecture, and design. It was used as an innovative project to prepare the ground and foundation of the company, for a larger-scale project of the future. As a company, we were always focused on offering innovative ways of living that make your life simple. Because the beauty of a house lies in its simplicity.
The construction of the neighborhood contains 5 houses average of 240 square meters per house and it was started as a project in 2008 and was finished in 2009.
