NIC Neighborhood
NIC residential is a community-based neighborhood that is standardized and has a common design concept. A very new neighborhood for the Kosovo market that time that was designed for future generations. Nic’s home designs are characterized by clean and simple lines of architecture and green gardens that will lead directly to a calm and peaceful existence.
Nic Residence has 150 houses each with a space of 200 square meters, a kindergarten, and a market. It was started as a project in 2004 and was finished in 2006.
