Despite endless geopolitical and economic uncertainty, business leaders are leaving Kosova Business Forum (KBF) cautiously optimistic about 2024. Leaders recognize that addressing complex challenges requires joint efforts from various stakeholders, and forging meaningful partnerships is crucial for success. Delegates from business, government, civil society, media, and academia agreed that the respective institutions must collaborate in a hybrid way to incentivize innovation and avoid barriers.

The projects are open to different implementing models, starting with Prishtina Market (total investment of 6,500,000€ in 7,000m2), Youth and Sports Center (total investment of 40,000,000€ in 82,529m2), Brick Factory (total investment of 15,000,000€ in 30,130m2), Subway - Agim Ramadani (total investment 6,000,000€ in 13,700m2), Kino Rinia (total investment of 98,000,000€ in 82,529m2), Olympic Village (in 63,794.13m2), Bus station (total investment of 924,000,000€ in 100,000m2), Overpass Arbëria (total investment of 9,000,000€ in 17.800m2), Green Market (total investment of 10,000,000€ in 5,930m2), Ulpiana Energy Project (total investment of 3,500,000€ in 27,500m2), Ulpiana Market (total investment of 12,000,000€ in 10,000m2), Six Underground Car Parking Points (total investment of 57,300,000€ in 84,900m2). This suggests a proactive stance from the offsite construction company in contributing to the development goals discussed at the forum.
