Our inaugural residential neighborhood project emerged as an innovative and pioneering concept within our nation, heralding the inception of community development with a unique vision.
Comprising a total of 150 residences, each generously spanning 200 square meters, this development also boasts a kindergarten and a convenience market. Commenced as a visionary project in 2004, it reached completion in 2006, solidifying its status as a landmark achievement.
Residential Community
NIC Residential represents a community-driven enclave, distinguished by its standardized design principles. At the time of its introduction to the Kosovo market, it was a groundbreaking venture tailored for the aspirations of future generations. The architectural essence of Nic's homes is defined by their clean and minimalist lines, harmoniously blended with lush green gardens, promising a serene and tranquil lifestyle.
